    Your question concerns Sound Balms®
    Choose your Sound Balm® according to the area of your body that you want to harmonize, the energy centers involved (chakras), the type(s) of issue(s) to be treated. You can also use the “Filters“ module to refine your search. Finally, it is always highly recommended to follow your intuition! One thing is sure: Sound Balms® are smart. They know what they need to do for you and they will do it.

    If you have never experienced healing through sound frequencies, start with a one-week treatment to familiarize yourself with the tool, then observe your inner response. If you feel a powerful inner calling for these vibration treatments, you can choose straightaway a 5-to-7 week Treatment.

    Listen to each Sound Balm® at least once a day for 7 days, while staying attuned to your body: if it asks you to, follow its needs and increase the number of daily sessions and/or extend your treatment for a week or more.     Yes … and no. Yes, if your inner voice guides you to do so! No, because the effect of a Sound Balm® is powerful and requires you to allow yourself the necessary time and space to work within you. It is therefore advisable to listen to the same Sound Balm® over a period of at least a week, before eventually switching to another balm, depending on the chosen listening treatment.

    It’s important to note that any discomfort (fatigue, nausea, exacerbated emotions, body aches…) is often a sign that deep cleansing and release processes are in progress. Encysted memories or repressed emotions must be revealed -and thus relived to some extent- in order to be released. The key is acceptance … and trust! Listen to the messages your body is sending you and accept this passing discomfort. Naturally, you are free to stop the sessions at any time. But keep in mind that the strategy of avoiding the problem does not eliminate the problem :)

    Yes. After listening to a Sound Balm®, nightmares, sweating, nocturnal awakenings and aches may appear, to the same extent of the disharmony revealed. These events are part of the ongoing energy cleansing (see answer above).

    No. Sound Balms® cannot under any circumstances replace medical treatment, diagnosis or care provided by a doctor or specialist. However, they can be used as useful supplements during your treatment.

    Yes, with the person’s informed consent. Indeed, this sort of gesture demands careful consideration. Make sure that through your intention to help someone, as laudable and generous as it may be, you aren’t designating yourself as their “savior“, which would be of no benefit, neither to you, nor the person concerned. Remember that the being is the unique sovereign of its health and future. Be sure that you are in a state of absolute detachment.
    No. Once your order has been placed and your payment accepted, no refunds will be granted. This applies regardless of your use of the Sound Balm(s), complete or not.
    Your question concerns technical problems
    This is a very real phenomenon that defies human logic. Please know that these sound cuts are not due to chance or a technical problem: they are an integral part of your experience with the Sound Balms®, under the guidance of the Beings of Light or the guides who accompany you. Indeed, each cut sends information to the brain to signal that a connection is poorly established or needs to be regenerated, and thus allows it to adjust or create new neurological circuits. These cuts are therefore very beneficial and occur exactly where you need to progress. So welcome them and let go.
